Students are assigned to the radiology department in the sixth semester of a clinical education center for practical application of the information presented in the prerequisite and co-requisite courses. This course allows the student sufficient clinical practicum to achieve entry level clinical competency. Hands-on experience is provided under the supervision of qualified radiographers. Clinical rotations in advanced modalities may be made available during this semester with the permission of the clinical coordinator. Achieved competency and pertinent initial and final clinical competency testing is performed. 1/0/24
